How do I return an item?

Merchandise must be returned within 7 days after you have received the items.
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags, including any House Of Chapple hang tags, attached.
  • Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" and "Sale" cannot be returned.
  • Accessories, opened makeup, earrings, ear cuffs, panties, swimsuits and bodysuits cannot be returned.
  • All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • There is a $5.95 Processing Fee for returns and exchanges.
  • All refunds will be made via the payment method of original purchase.
  • CUSTOM MADE ITEMS THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR CREDITS.

EXCHANGES WILL TAKE UP TO 15 BUSINESS DAYS TO COMPLETE (YOU CAN PAY A RUSH FEE OF $50)

U.S. Returns

If you are exchanging an item for a different size, you are responsible for shipping both ways (back to us and returning back to you)

International Returns

You must return your items to the address below within 7 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package.
